BFSC Member Advantage (Punch) Card
The Burnsville Fire Soccer Club is proud to announce the new Member Advantage Cards (MAC’s). Any club or non-club player (U4-U18) interested in improving their skills is invited to purchase a card. You can participate in a variety of group soccer/ fitness training sessions by purchasing a BFSC Member Advantage (Punch) Card. The punch card allows you the flexibility to attend the sessions that best suit your schedule. Check our punch card schedule and choose a session that meets your scheduling, soccer and fitness needs. The trainers for these programs include: BFSC Director of Coaching Mark Carr, current and former college coaches and players and members of the Club coaching staff.
One of the coaches at each session will punch your card so you will always know how many sessions you have remaining. Completed MAC’s will be collected by Director of Coaching Mark Carr and entered into an end-of-the-year drawing on Tuesday, May 1st for the chance to earn 10 great soccer prizes including, but not limited to: soccer gear and soccer girt cards.
The BFSC MAC’s are available in 5, 10, 20 or 30 session denominations. You will be able to purchase a new card at monthly BFSC Board Meetings. Online/Mail-in/Fax-in registrations are not accepted. BFSC MAC’s purchased for winter 2012 sessions are valid from January 1st - May 1st, 2012. BFSC MAC’s are non-transferable (can’t be used for team training/ club fees/ uniforms/ etc…) and non-refundable, including unused cards. Sessions that the BFSC cancels due to inclement weather the Club will attempt to reschedule. Sessions are subject to change and the BFSC may change dates/ times/ and locations of session based on participation and availability.

Fire 212
Fire 212 is an Attitude! At 211 degrees water is very hot, but when you get to 212 degrees water comes to a boil. Fire 212 is a fitness program that works with individual athletes to reach their full potential. It pushes athletes to work as hard as they can, to push for one more degree of effort. This 28 session program will incorporate fitness and strength training techniques using movements with correct form and technique, to establish a solid base from which all other aspects of training can thrive.
Improving your body and your physical traits, as well as improving your physical weaknesses is extremely important. Most sports these days require movements that are much more rapid and demand an extremely high power output. Fire 212 uses movement patterns that emulate specific motions of soccer. Working on physical weaknesses along with enhancing your current strengths will help improve your athletic performance.
